Intro
We had the privilege of collaborating with TermsFeed, an all-in-one compliance software dedicated to helping businesses navigate and adhere to various legal regulations. TermsFeed specialises in ensuring compliance with laws such as GDPR, CCPA+CPRA, CalOPPA, and more.
Applying the same principle as the product, we have successfully created a user-friendly interface that guarantees fast and secure access for both the App and Website.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Challenges & Needs
The website lacked a modern interface, contained outdated information, and had incomplete content. To better incorporate updated content and products, new and improved interfaces were necessary.
Additionally, the app required a solution to streamline product purchases for users. Overall, significant improvements were needed for both the Website and App to enhance user experience, access updated information, and facilitate efficient product purchases.
As UI/UX designers, our role was to redesign all the screens for TermsFeed’s App and Website. The goal of the project was to create an user-friendly, intuitive interface that would guide users through the compliance process and help them avoid legal penalties.
Duration & Process
TermsFeed was one of the most complex projects we have undertaken. Lasting about four months, it involved numerous web and app interfaces, as well as multiple components. We were guided by the TermsFeed team to fully understand the purpose of GDPR regulations and laws, ensuring we could create functional, user-friendly ideas. The process began with research, wireframing, user flows, and testing ideas, followed by refining the design and developing interactive prototypes. This structured approach allowed us to deliver a cohesive and effective design solution that met the needs of both users and the client.

TermsFeed's main feature is its user-friendly wizard, available exclusively on the TermsFeed’s in browser App. After choosing a product, you'll find a streamlined 4-step process to complete and easily customise with your information.
We've prioritised simplicity in the interface design while ensuring it aligns with TermsFeed’s brand style. For the wizard, we've adopted a focused approach, presenting one question at a time to avoid overwhelming and excessive information, allowing users to focus on each step effortlessly.

Recognizing the more serious nature of the legal field, we decided to introduce illustrations to infuse a bit of creativity into the website. The illustrations maintain simplicity to avoid distraction, serving as visual support for the accompanying text. The robot, acting as a mascot for TermsFeed, can be discovered on several pages, each aligned with its specific description.

Thank you for taking the time to read through the entire presentation. Given the extensive nature of the TermsFeed project with numerous interfaces, presenting each one is practically impossible. We've condensed the essential information to provide an overview of our work on the project. Although the process spanned a couple of months and was detailed, we're pleased that the results reflect our commitment to delivering solutions that effectively integrate usability with a creative touch.
