BidHouse Club is a professional NFT project that enables holders to benefit from real-life assets and investment. As a BidHouse Club holder, you will have access to a range of exclusive benefits that are designed to enhance your lifestyle and business prospects, making you part of an elite community that is at the forefront of innovation in the NFT space.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Challenges & Needs
Bidhouse Club faced a significant challenge without a distinctive visual identity or an engaging website. The absence of these elements hindered their ability to establish a strong brand presence in the competitive NFT space, limiting their reach and impact.
We infused the brand with vibrant and fresh colours, incorporating a visually striking pattern that not only aligned with their image but also ensured easy recognition. The website we designed featured interactive elements, engaging users with the BidHouse Club story and exclusive benefits. Our goal was to create a visual identity that exuded energy, elegance, and professionalism, setting BidHouse Club apart in the NFT market.
Duration & Process
The project spanned approximately three months and followed a well-structured process. We began with research and sketching to gradually develop a complete visual identity, supported by weekly feedback and clear communication. After finalising the visual identity, we moved on to the next main phase: designing the website. For the website, we conducted research on interactive solutions, followed by separate phases of wireframing, designing, testing, and ultimately handing off the project for coding. This structured approach allowed us to deliver a cohesive and well-thought-out final product.

/ VISUAL IDENTITY
Thinking of Bidhouse Club's main benefits: Crypto Forest, the Vortex, and Real Estate, we aimed for a visual identity that strikes the right balance: bold, easily recognisable, yet retaining a touch of elegance. We designed custom letters with a distinct fusion of round and sharp corners, inspired by the characteristics of the eagle. The rounded edges contribute to an aerodynamic aesthetic, reflecting the swift and dynamic nature of this majestic bird. Simultaneously, the inclusion of sharp corners pays homage to the eagle's bold, precise, and sharp attributes, creating a visual synergy that captures the essence of the NFT collection.
The symbol is the graphic element that echoes the letter "B" in a quadruple play. Now, here's where it gets interesting, that symbol can either resemble a grove of trees for those nature crypto forest vibes or, on a closer look, you'll spot a stealthy "H" in the mix. Also, when arranged in line, it takes on the appearance of a Romanian traditional pattern, which adds a touch of cultural richness to our design.
Our primary strategy was to condense various elements, such as the benefits, the Bidhouse story, or the members' beliefs, into the visual identity. This approach aimed to encapsulate the core essence of the brand in a visually impactful manner.
/ COLOURS
We named this "Dynamic Fusion" colour palette, a curated blend that encapsulates the multifaceted spirit of Bidhouse. Rooted in golden yellow and deep black, this core duo symbolises vibrancy and sophistication, much like the regal eagle.
Complementing these are rich deep blue vibrant green, infusing energy and versatility inspired by the diverse landscapes Bidhouse navigates. The addition of crisp white completes the fusion, ensuring adaptability and timelessness. The "Dynamic Fusion" palette, drawing subtle inspiration from the eagle's majestic hues, stands ready to evolve with Bidhouse's ever-shifting creative journey.
/ THE PATTERN
As mentioned earlier, the pattern holds diverse interpretations, from resembling Romanian folklore to evoking a forest or visualising blockchain data. Its versatility shines as it seamlessly adapts to various materials, serving as a canvas for graphics and animations.
/ WEBSITE DESIGN
The Bidhouse Club website adopts a one-page format, strategically condensing essential details for efficient presentation. Its primary objective is to inform and generate awareness about Bidhouse Club NFTs, a novel concept that ties real-life assets to each purchase. Currently, the website doesn't display the collection as it is in the pre-mint phase. Instead, we've featured a mysterious depiction of the eagle, the forthcoming collection's character, offering a tantalising glimpse in a shadowed presentation, withholding full details until the minting phase begins.
/ INTERACTIONS
For the Bidhouse Club benefits, we opted for a card-based interaction. Users can click on each card, revealing detailed descriptions of the different benefits: Crypto Forest, the Vortex, and Real Estate. This interactive approach aligns with the theme of mystery and revelation, complementing the aesthetic of the overall concept.
To explore the roadmap, users can hover over a map-like pattern with highlights called "Flights". The section highlighted in yellow indicates a step in the Bidhouse Club roadmap. This is another instance where the custom pattern emphasises its advantages for creative elements in design and interaction.
/ OTHER ELEMENTS
First element is the navigator, which highlights the active section in yellow, while inactive sections remain grey. Users can click on any section to jump directly to it, ensuring a fast navigation and improved usability. The second element is the social media menu, which remains visible at all times. It toggles between a '+' icon when closed and platform links when open, following the user on scroll for easy access.

The BidHouse Club project was a rewarding experience, combining strategic planning, creative development, and technical execution. It allowed us to explore innovative solutions while maintaining a clear focus on functionality and user engagement. The collaborative effort throughout each phase ensured a well-rounded final product, reflecting the vision & goals of the project.
